AI/ML Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and innovative AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. You will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to build intelligent systems that solve real-world problems and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement machine learning models, deep learning architectures, and AI algorithms for real-time and batch processing applications.

• Preprocess and analyze large datasets from various sources to extract insights and prepare for modeling.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define use cases and translate business requirements into AI/ML solutions.

• Optimize and fine-tune models for accuracy, performance, and scalability.

• Deploy models into production using MLOps practices and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Monitor and maintain deployed models, ensuring reliability and retraining as needed.

• Document processes, models, and workflows for reproducibility and compliance.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and propose innovative applications.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.

• 2–5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.

• Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

• Experience with data wrangling tools (Pandas, NumPy) and visualization libraries (Matplotlib, Seaborn).

• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP AI Platform).

• Understanding of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a research-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.

• Knowledge of big data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka.

• Exposure to edge AI deployment or IoT data processing.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for machine learning workflows.
