Position: Sr. QA Engineer
Experience: 8+ Years

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, implement, and maintain ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards across engineering services projects.
- Manage CMMI Level 3 or above processes, ensuring compliance and driving continuous process improvements.
- Develop, review, and update quality policies, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Plan and conduct internal quality audits and management reviews.
- Coordinate with certification bodies and external auditors for ISO 9001 and CMMI audits.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, contractual, and client quality requirements.
- Identify process gaps and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Implement metrics and dashboards to monitor process effectiveness.
- Lead process improvement initiatives using industry best practices and Lean Six Sigma concepts.
- Mentor and guide QA team members to ensure robust quality control practices.
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, and delivery teams to embed quality into project lifecycles.
- Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement across the organization.
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3+ years in a managerial capacity in an engineering services environment.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ISO 9001:2015 and CMMI (Level 3 or higher) frameworks.
- Experience in implementing process improvement tools and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.).
- Lead Auditor Certification for ISO 9001.
- CMMI Associate or Appraiser Certification (preferred).
- Six Sigma Green/Black Belt (preferred).
- Proven track record in leading successful external audits and maintaining certifications.
- Familiarity with engineering services domains such as mechanical, electrical, civil, or software engineering projects.
