Domain: FMCG, Oil & Gas, Cement, Pharmaceutical, Heavy Material Handling, Power generation plant, Solar Plant, LT/HT Panel, PCC, MCC, BMS-HVAC
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and selection of field instruments (Control Valve, Temperature, Pressure, Flow, Level).
- Hazardous area zone wise instrument selections.
- Development of P&IDs, preparation of instrument datasheets and specifications, creation of cable schedules, Hook up drawings, Instrument Index, Vendor RFQ, compliance checks, Cable and Cable Tray/Conduit Routing Layout
- Selection and configuration of PLC hardware and I/O modules.
- Create Network architecture system / System Architecture Diagram by selecting PLC, SCADA, Network switches.
- PLC programming / HMI screen development like AB /Siemens/Schneider / Delta /Mitsubishi
- Design of control panels schematic, GA, Interconnects.
- Creation of control narratives and safety system descriptions.
- Technical bid evaluations and procurement support.
- Integration of communication protocols (Ethernet, Modbus, Profibus, etc.).
- Application of international standards (ISA, IEC, ASME, ANSI, API, ISO).
- Electrical Instrumentation combined profile would be a plus.
Software:
- AutoCAD, Dialux, Eplan, PLC programming.
Added advantage
- Bric CAD, Solid Works Electrical, Aveva E3D.
