Mr. Vinod Shirsath serves as the Executive Vice President of Global Operations and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), overseeing company financials, operational efficiency, cost-efficient delivery, and employee satisfaction. He manages key vertical and horizontal heads who report directly to him.
With over two decades of industry experience, Mr. Shirsath has a proven track record in strategy formulation, customer acquisition, finance control, and technology development. Mr. Shirsath holds a degree in Electronics Engineering from VJTI, Mumbai, an MBA in Finance, and various certifications from management institutes. His educational background, combined with his extensive industry experience, positions him as a key leader capable of driving operational excellence and financial performance.
